The goal is to understand the church, and relate the church to the World around us. Also becoming involved in social action so that the church is then our community and take church within themself where ever they go.

We strive to have ways for all ages to be involved in learning growing in their relationship with Christ.

We have 4 choirs covering a wide rage of music styles; vocal and hand bell. Music is used in worship and spread throughout the community.

Our History

What does AME stand for?

AFRICAN - Means that the church was organized by people of African descent and heritage. It does not mean that the church was founded in Africa or that it is for people of African descent only. It does mean that those Americans who founded it were of African descent and we proudly recognize this fact. We welcome all who worship Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
